Imperial Charters runs long-distance group trips out of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The group travels together on one coach, from the pickup to the destination and back. Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Oklahoma City are all reachable from DFW, and charters beyond Texas are offered as well. A trip can run for a single day or across several days with overnight stops. Tell us where the group is headed and when, and you can request a quote with the trip details.
Where DFW Groups Go
Long-distance charters from Dallas-Fort Worth travel to destinations across Texas and beyond. Houston, Austin and Oklahoma City are all served from the metroplex, and a trip to San Antonio is arranged the same way. Charters beyond Texas are offered as well. Wherever the group is going, the trip is planned as a single itinerary: the pickup, any stops along the way, the destination, and the return leg if there is one.
Dallas to Houston and Back
A Houston trip is planned as one group movement rather than a set of separate arrangements. The coach collects the group somewhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, carries everyone down together, and brings the group back when the trip is a round trip. A one-way run to Houston works too, for a group that is not returning with us. Stops along the route are part of the plan rather than an afterthought: a reservation carries an ordered list of stops, so a second pickup point or a break on the way is built into the itinerary. Give us the pickup address, the Houston destination and the passenger count, and the trip can be quoted.
Overnight and Multi-Day Trips
An overnight or multi-day charter is a defined service here, not an exception we squeeze in. How far the coach travels in a day, and where the overnight stop falls, are worked out as part of the plan rather than settled on the road. For overnight and multi-day trips, the itinerary also accounts for driver hours-of-service requirements and overnight accommodations when required. Tell us how many nights the trip runs and where the group is staying, and the itinerary is planned around it.
One-Way or Round Trip
Both are available, and they are quoted differently. A one-way point-to-point trip is a single drop-off, with no wait and no return leg. A full-day charter keeps the coach with the group for the day and is booked on an eight-hour minimum, with a round trip as the standard shape. Longer trips combine these patterns across several days. If you are not sure which one fits, describe the trip and we will tell you how it is normally arranged.
Where We Pick Up
The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is a routine service area, so a long-distance trip can start from an office, a school lot, a hotel or a home address across the metroplex. A group coming from more than one place can be collected in sequence as part of the same itinerary. The full service area is listed separately. Give us the pickup address with the trip details and it goes on the reservation.
What We Need to Quote a Long Trip
A quote-ready request needs five things: the customer name, the trip date, the pickup address, the destination and the passenger count. A charter is priced for the whole vehicle and the whole trip rather than per passenger, so one figure covers the group. The quote itemizes what is included, so you can see what the price covers before you commit. If the itinerary changes on the day, or the trip runs longer than planned, additional charges can apply. Send the details and request a quote.
Take the Whole Group Out of Town Together
Call (214) 414-9041 with the trip details, or contact us with the date, the destination and the group size. Long-distance charters are planned trip by trip, so the more of the itinerary you can describe, the sooner it can be quoted.
