AT&T Stadium in Arlington hosts nine World Cup matches from June 12 through July 19, 2026. That is the most of any venue in the tournament. With that many fans coming, parking is the first thing to plan and the easiest thing to get wrong. Here is what to expect, and how a group can skip the headache entirely.
Parking must be bought in advance
There are no day of parking sales at the stadium on match days. You buy ahead through the official platform or you do not park on site. If you wait, you are out of luck.
Prices are high and climb with the match
Reserved parking has run from about $125 for early matches up to far more for the knockout rounds. Reports put semifinal parking as high as $1,000. The bigger the match, the steeper the lot.
Traffic backs up hours before kickoff
Expect heavy traffic along Stadium Drive and Collins Street starting around three hours before kickoff. The smart arrival window is two to two and a half hours early to allow time to park and walk in.
Arlington has no public train or bus of its own
Arlington is the largest city in the country with no public transit system. The Trinity Railway Express runs between Dallas and Fort Worth with a stop at CentrePort, but you still need a connection from there to the stadium. For a group, that is a lot of moving parts.
The easier way in for a group
If you are coming with a group, a charter bus solves all of it at once. One vehicle, one price, a drop off near the stadium, and a set pickup time after the match. No parking to buy. No lot crawl on the way out. No designated driver. Imperial Charters is based 15 minutes away in Mansfield. Call (214) 414-9041 or request a quote.
